Privacy

Magic Films Media is a video production studio in Melbourne, Victoria. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Magic Films Media. You can reach us at info@magicfilms.media.

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect what you give us: your name and email, and if you add them, your phone number, business, the details of your project and, for real estate shoots, the agency, suburb and property details.

We don’t ask for more than we need to reply, and we don’t buy or rent contact lists.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to quote and plan your project, and to keep in touch while we work together.

We don’t sell your details, and we don’t share them with anyone except the services below that help us run the website and receive your message.

• Web3Forms sends the contact form to our inbox by email.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps it secure. Like any web host, it handles basic technical information such as your IP address.
• YouTube plays our films. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which limits what YouTube stores about you. Some pages play a silent film in the background, which loads from YouTube.
• Our email provider stores enquiries in our inbox.

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Films on this site play from YouTube, which may set its own cookies, as described in Google’s privacy policy.

We keep enquiries in our password-protected email account, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them at any time. Just email info@magicfilms.media and we’ll take care of it.

If we change how we handle your details, we’ll update this page. Last updated 25 October 2026.
